Pupils' data needs extra care
Student records are personal data about children. The Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 gives children's data extra protection, so check with a data protection adviser what consent your school needs from parents or guardians. We design access by role, so teachers see their classes and the bursar sees fees, and we keep a record of who changed what.

It depends on the size of the school and what the first phase covers. We would normally start with one area, such as fees or results, with the price agreed before we start, and add the rest when that first part is working.
Can we move from Excel or our current school software?
Yes. We move your student list, fee records and results history, check them with your staff, and run the old and new systems side by side until you are confident.
Will teachers and the bursar need training?
Yes, and we provide it. Each role gets training on the screens they use, plus a short guide they can keep.
What happens when the internet is down?
We plan for it during design. Depending on the school, that can mean screens that keep working on the school's own network, or work that is saved and sent when the connection returns.
